Mr. Billy D. Young
The MidSouth Chapter of the ITPA is offering the Billy D. Young Memorial Scholarship program in an effort to support fellow telecommunications workers in educating their dependent children. After serving in the U.S. Air Force, Mr. Young dedicated his career to telecommunications, working with several companies in Mississippi and Alabama. The scholarship was established in his memory to support current high school seniors and undergraduate college students who are dependent children or grandchildren of an employee of a BAAM member company or the ITPA Mid-South Chapter. This scholarship is made available through the MidSouth Chapter and is supported by the individual Pioneer Clubs in the chapter.
